The company has diversified revenues from sales of its own marketed products and from royalties on partnered products.

General Accountant

This position prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. He/she documents financial transactions by entering account information via journal entry, etc., and recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options, developing spreadsheets, and verifying information. The person coordinates reconciliation of sales, accounts receivable, inventory and cash with third party logistics provider, and reviews the general ledger for input accuracy and verifies that accounts have been reviewed for content.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have more than three years of commercial experience; pharmaceutical industry experience would be an advantage. An intermediate level PC skill, MS Office, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and good working knowledge of accounting systems is required. Accounting and Corporate finance experience is required.

Marketing Analyst

This position will identify major current and future competitors and track activities (e.g., marketing, trials, etc.), and analyze epidemiology and market trends for IO areas of interest. He/she will work with vendor to obtain customer insights through market research, and determine market size and create spreadsheets in order to assist with the development of revenue forecasts. The person will research and identify gaps in understanding of market and customers, and recommend and obtain information to fill those gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, or a related field. He/she should have one to three years of previous marketing or business experience. Knowledge of and experience with market research methodologies and healthcare data sources is required, as is demonstrated success in research and analysis capabilities.

Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs – Intelligence & Policy

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the framework for the regulatory intelligence function, and for developing tools, analytics, and operating mechanisms for dissemination of regulatory intelligence across the businesses. He/she will maintain and update applicable regulatory intelligence information, and formulate and shape internal regulatory policies and positions. The person will work with each Regulatory Business Leader to identify key external regulatory touch points specific to their business for the purposes of gathering regulatory intelligence.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in science, a health-related field, or business management. He/she should have a minimum of six years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries, with a minimum of three years in Regulatory standards, working with regulators and management. Understanding of CFR, ICH, and FDA Guidance is required.
