This position is responsible for the delivery of recruiting services and programs, including the identification and recruitment of individuals from outside the company to fill open and planned positions in a timely and cost-effective manner and/or working on recruiting projects, programs, and systems. He/she will work with management to develop business and staffing requirements and recruitment strategies and tactics.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – an advanced degree is preferred – in a related academic discipline. Experience as a recruiter in health care or pharmaceutical industry is desired, as is experience developing and executing recruiting support systems and programs.

Director of Business Development

This position will lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to grow long term relationships with assigned accounts, and develop and support overall account strategy and governance. He/she will facilitate challenging client discussions, and partner with operations to develop consultative strategies to further evolve client relationships and company services. The person will also direct efforts to identify, qualify, and close profitable business that is within company’s current and planned service capabilities.

Senior Global Data Manager

This position provides oversight and accountability for more than one low to moderate complexity trial or one high complexity trial. He/she will take a leadership role with the CRO, the trial customer(s), and other internal and external partners to establish, align, and confirm data management expectations for assigned trial(s). The person will gather content and integration requirements for eCRF and other data collection tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have data management experience. Additional experience in clinical drug development within the pharmaceutical industry or a related industry is required. He/she should also have experience with vendor oversight, team leadership, and project management.
