Engagement Manager

This position manages project teams through design, development, and delivery of new offerings. He/she will lead teams to review and analyze offering requirements to develop cost estimates, and will manage the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications, including overall bid integrity. The person will also develop project plan with timelines and deliverables, and recommend improvements and alternatives to resolve problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have 8-12 years of related experience, including consulting and pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience. He/she will have demonstrated excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship-building skills. In-depth understanding of IMS data assets is required.

Product Manager, Managed Markets

This position will lead the hunt for new assets, acquisitions and/or partner channels to accelerate portfolio expansion and market potential. He/she drives the development of complete offerings (from I & A through C & S), and ensures offerings content and feature levels are competitive and sufficient to generate targeted revenue growth and market penetration. The person will incorporate IMS strategic directions into offering management decisions within and across the business lines.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of seven years of related Marketing or Sales experience. Thorough understanding of the IMS offering in the customer environment is strongly preferred. IMS systems and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge is required.

Senior Finance Manager

This position is tasked with assisting the organization to deliver against financial priorities to achieve the strategic mission of the team. His/her primary responsibilities will be to provide financial analysis and strategic plans for the business, and manage the budget and forecast process for the services organization. The person will have direct interaction with the Technology Solutions business leaders to drive financial guidance and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, and have a minimum of five to seven years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and investments. Experience with Hyperion (financial reporting system) is required, as is experience with SAP and PeopleSoft.
