PLCB held the grand reopening of the Fine Wine & Good Spirits in North Wals

A crowd that included several local officials gathered on June 16 in Dresher to celebrate the grand reopening of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s expanded and rebranded Fine Wine & Good Spirits store.

The store at Fairway Shopping Center now spans over 4,300-square-feet, significantly more than before the renovations began four months ago.

As part of the refurbishment, the PLCB wanted to make sure the final result was both attractive and environmentally responsible. To help achieve this, the majority of the store’s lightning is now energy saving, state-of-the-art LED or energy-efficient compact-fluorescent lighting.

The expansion has also boosted the store’s inventory to over 2,150 different wines and spirits. Among the additions is a dedicated “Made in Pennsylvania” section that highlights locally produced wines and spirits. There is also a new center table where customers can easily find staff for advice and recommendations.

The store at 1825-A Limekiln Pike is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Monday through Saturday as well as 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday.
