The Josephine is a luxury residential tower located at 1620 Sansom Street in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square neighborhood. Standing 27 stories tall, it offers 255 upscale rental units with amenities such as a rooftop pool, sky lounge, and ground-floor retail spaces.
The development includes a tapas restaurant and plans to host Hai Hospitality’s Uchi, a James Beard Award-winning Japanese restaurant, expected to open in late 2025.
