John Durso spent most of his life in banking helping customers, and now in his own business, Brilliant Sales Strategies, he is launching his first-ever seminar on diversity and inclusion titled: Unconscious Bias and The Keys to True Diversity and Inclusion.

The seminar is Tuesday, January 26^th, 2021, from 8:00-9:30am.

John happened upon the topic when colleagues suggested topics to him for seminars, and realized he, like many others, embodied the unconscious bias that led to the name of the seminar. “ A light bulb went off in my head,” John said. “It got me angry, here I was participating in it!”
