Developers 24-28 South York Road Associates, LP, have unveiled plans to develop the former site of a CVS on South York Road in Hatboro, writes Dino Ciliberti for Patch.

The plans were presented to the Hatboro Planning Commission this month. If they are approved, the property will be the first to be developed under Hatboro’s new Town Center Ordinance.

The developers are proposing a four-story building with 36 apartments and retail space on the first floor.

Describing the apartments as “high-end, professional,” they said the building would include 19 one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units, and three, three-bedroom units.

The developer will also provide 76 parking spaces, including six electric vehicle charging parking spaces.
