Lottery Ticket Sold in Elkins Park Lands Lucky Buyer $3M

A $3 million winning lottery ticket was recently sold in Elkins Park.

One very lucky buyer purchased the top prize $3,000,000 Fun Fortune Scratch-Off ticket in Elkins Park, writes Dino Ciliberti for the Patch.

Ace Tobacco Town, a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer, sold the ticket and will receive a $10,000 bonus as a reward.

The $3,000,000 Fun Fortune game costs $30 and offers maximum prizes of $3 million. Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the end-sale date posted at palottery.com. Winners need to remember to sign the back of their ticket immediately and call the Lottery.

Scratch-Offs are distributed at random, so neither the Pennsylvania Lottery nor its retailers know where any winning tickets will be sold. The Lottery only finds out where winning tickets are sold after a buyer claims their prize.
