Topgolf’s King of Prussia location, covered by Ryan Mulligan in the Philadelphia Business Journal, is rolling forward.

The construction of this 48.5-acre development located at 588 N. Gulph Road (the site of the former American Baptist Churches USA headquarters) began in June. The new sports location is expected to open in summer 2023.

“Our focus is on creating more opportunities to enable people to play,” said Topgolf Chief Development Officer Chris Callaway. “The King of Prussia venue is a great example of that as we expand our relationship with the communities in and around Greater Philadelphia, and welcome new and returning players to enjoy the Topgolf experience.”

Each golf location covers 68,000 square feet and costs about $35 million to develop.

Topgolf locations offer visitors an interactive driving range with climate-controlled bays along with a full food and bar menu, live music, and event space.

The King of Prussia site will be the company’s third in Pa. The company has more than 70 locations nationwide.
