We’ve decided that when it comes to brunch, anything goes. Breakfast food? Check. Lunch food? Check. Pretty much any food is acceptable when there’s a fried egg on top and accompanied by a mimosa, writes Kae Lani Palmisano for The Philadelphia Inquirer. And if you can find a place that does brunch plus amazing avocado toast as well as a bangin’ latte, you’ve found Sabrina’s Café.

And, oh yes, it’s all about the vibe, notes Robert De Abreu, co-founder and co-owner of Sabrina’s Café, which has been dishing up elegant comfort food for over 20 years.

In staying with the season, there’s currently Pumpkin Pie French Toast, which is made with Challah and topped with pumpkin mascarpone cheese filling, whipped cream, and drizzled with a warm caramel-raisin sauce.

In a veggie mood? Try the Tofu Scramble with sautéed onions and peppers, spinach, mushrooms, shallots, and garlic, and of course, spiced tofu.

As they say, it’s all about the subs! Sub egg for tofu scramble, sub salad for potatoes. The result? A vegan meal that will keep you satisfied for hours!

Try the very creative and delicious lattes, too, like the Apple Pie or French Toast lattes.

Brunch, brunch, baby. Get it here.
