Our collective mental health needs are at their greatest now. One in three U.S. adults reported experiencing depression or anxiety since the pandemic began. NAMI’s programs and advocacy are needed more than ever.

The Mission of NAMI Montgomery County PA, located in Lansdale, is to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness through recovery focused support, education, and advocacy.

NAMIWalks Your Way means putting one foot in front of the other, either actually or virtually. Participants get to use their creativity, the choice is yours on how and where you want to make this event fit into your reality.

Join NAMI Montgomery County PA on June 12, 2021 as they come together virtually to raise awareness, celebrate hope & recovery and stomp the stigma of mental illness!

100% of all event proceeds support NAMI MontCo PA’s programs and events that make a difference in the lives of those impacted by mental illness in our community!

Creativity Rules: What participants are doing on event day:

• Walk 7,000+ steps for a 5K their way
• Plan a craft day with their kids 
• Hold a virtual bake-off with their team   
• Practice self-care with a favorite hobby: yoga, gardening, knitting 
• Do a 5K on the treadmill or stationary bike 
• Create a safe and socially distanced stroll in their neighborhood
