Ballroom at The Sheraton Valley Forge. The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board has expanded its Montco Wellness brand with the Montco Wellness for Events initiative.

As an expansion of its Montco Wellness brand, the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board has launched the Montco Wellness for Events initiative to help event planners and their guests feel safe and comfortable when visiting Montgomery County in a post-COVID-19 world.

Montco Wellness for Events is an information portal offering updates on well-being measures during the pandemic.

It provides easily accessible information to planners, which helps them make informed, confident decisions about hosting events in Montgomery County.

Using this resource, event planners can Make It Safe and Make It Healthy when they #MakeItMontco.

“Everyone’s safety, and health, is our number one priority,” said Lisa Karl, Vice President of Sales & Strategic Partnerships for the VFTCB. “We want to give people peace of mind, being that valuable go-to resource so people have important tools and timely information, creative ways to stay active and keep their immune systems strong, and of course other things to do to improve their experience here.”

The portal provides links to current and real-time COVID-19 data, guidelines from different levels of government, along with links to property safety and cleanliness standards.

The site also offers links to wellness-oriented activities and dining options throughout the county, among many other things.
