Montgomery County July 15th COVID-19 and Testing Update

Based on the information found on the county’s COVID-19 website, here is a snapshot of the spread of coronavirus across Montgomery County.
As of Wednesday afternoon, 59 new COVID-19 positive cases and, for the second day in a row, zero new death were reported in Montgomery County.
Montgomery County’s COVID-19 death toll is at 811, and the 59 new positive cases bring the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 8,861 countywide, 4,686 of which are females, 4,113 are males.
The average age of individuals with COVID-19 across the county is 51.1 years-old.

COVID-19 Testing
Montgomery County’s walk-up testing sites and operations are:
Pottstown – Montgomery County Office of Public Health, 364 King Street. Testing is available:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from noon to 2 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Lansdale – 421 Main Street. Testing is available:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday from noon to 2 p.m.
Willow Grove – Montgomery County Office of Public Health, 102 York Road (this site will be moving). Testing is available:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from noon to 2 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Green Lane – Deep Creek and Snyder Road. Testing is available:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday from noon to 2 p.m.
Ardmore – 114 W. Lancaster Ave. Testing is available:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday from noon to 2 p.m.
Norristown – Delaware Valley Community Health Center at the Norristown Regional Health Center at 1401 Dekalb Street.

COVID-19 contact tracing efforts are ongoing and are critical to slowing the spread of the disease. The County has partnered with ACLAMO, Family Services of Montgomery County, Montgomery County OIC, and Visiting Nurses Association Community Services to help with contact tracing efforts.
Individuals who have been tested or identified as a direct contact of an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 and has received a call from any of our community partners may return the call to 610.278.5923 to find out their results or status. All information discussed on the call is strictly confidential and is only used to trace COVID-19 cases.
