Royersford’s Kailin Vollmuth balances her job at Oaks-based SEI Investments with working as a spin instructor at StRIDE Spin and Fitness Studio in Phoenixville, writes Laura Brzyski for the Philadelphia Magazine.

The 26-year-old financial specialist has been active and into sports since childhood. This made her realize all the benefits of actively working towards staying healthy early on.

“I started to realize that if I wanted to get stronger or faster, I needed to put in some work,“ said Vollmuth.

The first time she took a spin class, she fell in love with the activity.

She discovered barre soon after and enjoyed the toning side of it. After taking the classes for a few years, she decided to take things one step further by getting certified to teach the class. She auditioned for a job at StRIDE and got it.

Now, she holds classes in between her SEI office time and walking her rescue dog, Mia.

“I am so thankful to have found something I love to do, share what I have learned with others, and help clients reach some of their goals,“ she said.
