Sephora opened its latest store with 13,000 products from around 200 brands at King of Prussia Mall on September 8, writes Fabiola Cineas for Philadelphia Magazine.

The new location has around 7,000-square-feet and is a significant upgrade from the company’s previous and significantly smaller location at the mall.

This latest addition complements its stores in Montgomery County, Ardmore and Willow Grove.

The new store also features additional services such as the Moisture Meter digital tool which measures moisture in the skin, and Color IQ that helps customers complete their new look by matching reference number with their makeovers.

To further boost its standing, a recent New York Times report has found that Sephora is now the number one specialty beauty retailer with over 2,300 locations in 33 countries around the world.

And unlike the majority of other beauty product retailers that are rapidly losing ground to online shopping, Sephora has continued to grow over the years.

The report also shows that the beauty market as a whole is continuing to bloom, with sales across the country now at an incredible $15.9 billion a year.
