Philadelphia Union Season Ticketholder Wins Team’s and TruMark’s Design Contest

Philadelphia Union season ticketholder, Veronica Kelly, successfully combined her natural artistic ability and passion for soccer to win the $500 prize in the 2017 Philadelphia Union Card Design Contest.

Kelly’s achievement was recognized during the pre-game warm-up on May 6 by TruMark Financial Credit Union, the official financial institution of the Philadelphia Union, and Talen Energy Stadium.

Out of dozens of entries, six of were selected by TruMark’s staff as finalists. Members of the credit union and fans then voted for their favorite on either TruMark’s Facebook page or through a Philadelphia Union poll. More than 12,500 votes were cast, with over half of those choosing Kelly’s design.
