Director of Analytics

This position serves as risk manager with direct supervision of the analytics team. He/she supports the examination oversight team using extensive expertise in state and federal regulations.  The person develops and maintains the company’s fair lending and servicing analysis. He/she manages the risk analysts, data analysts, and modeling analysts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience in quantitative finance. He/she will have a minimum of ten years of experience in risk management or federal supervision of financial institutions. The person will be an industry expert in fair lending and fair servicing, and direct experience in federal and state examination or exam management.

Wholesale Client Manager

This position provides proactive review of pipelines in order to expedite loans throughout the process, increasing the overall pull-thru ratio. He/she monitors all queues and takes proactive action on loans with escalated issues. The person applies experienced problem-solving techniques to successfully address and resolve issues for both internal and external clients. He/she achieves specific volume and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of mortgage experience, preferably in processing and/or underwriting. He/she will have a demonstrated knowledge base of products, underwriting guidelines, operational processes and procedures, and pricing and technology tools.

Strategic Sourcing Manager

This position designs and implements category strategies and strategic sourcing initiatives. He/she manages the sourcing and contracting process from end-to-end, working with various departments to ensure that proper controls are followed throughout the process. The person creates and negotiates contracts using established contract templates. He/she works as a liaison between the business unit and legal to finalize all contract terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though a master’s degree is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, strategy development, and vendor engagement. The person will have a strong background in writing and negotiating contracts.
