Director, Site Product & Materials Planning

This position supervises assigned employees, ensuring that they are trained in the proper procedures for the execution of their role and that their training remains current. He/she meets with all levels of management staff to evaluate production process needs, resolve problems and obstacles, provide resources, and maximize effectiveness. The person develops the main objectives of the department and monitors its performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, though an MBA is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of ten years of experience in materials and a minimum of six years of leadership experience in at least two of the following areas: planning, warehouse, purchasing, or manufacturing.

Maintenance Technician I

This position troubleshoots, services, adjusts, repairs, maintains, and operates packaging and processing equipment supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. He/she monitors and makes adjustments to manufacturing equipment to improve production and equipment efficiency. The person assists in the development of detailed job task lists for various tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school degree or GED and a minimum of two years of experience in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment. He/she will preferably have direct work experience in a maintenance role that required repair of production equipment. The person will preferably be certified in instrumentation or electro-mechanical from a technical school.

Senior Project Engineer

This position provides technical leadership and engineering support to the manufacturing plant. He/she manages and delivers engineering projects from concept to post implementation. The person manages the purchase, installation, and start-up of equipment and systems, including adherence to compliance, cost, and time schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of four years of related industry experience or a master’s degree in engineering with a minimum of two years of related industry experience. He/she will have experience with a pharmaceutical or consumer products company.
