Pharma Contract Analyst

This position develops, reviews, and negotiates contractual documents for awarded projects and finalizes the documents within agreed timelines. He/she performs comprehensive reviews of MSAs, letters of intent, scope of work documents, and any other contract documents to ensure consistency and accuracy. The person works with consultant teams to identify services and corresponding budgets for consulting agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The person will preferably have a minimum of three years of experience with CRO, Pharma, or Biotech. He/she will have excellent Microsoft Office and communication skills.

Business Systems Analyst

This position works with IT and business partners to build support processes and procedures. He/she provides ongoing support to manage application SLA’s, resolves a majority of the problems, and fulfills service requests that do not require application development. The person performs analysis of business issues, provides recommendations for possible solutions, and helps to implement the solution.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success. The person will have strong communication and conflict resolutions skills.

Director, Field Reimbursement

This position develops and executes a national strategy for field reimbursement and monitors the execution of regional tactical plans to meet customer access and reimbursement needs. He/she leads the effort to build the field reimbursement team, defines team culture, and shapes the future direction of the team. The person provides direct oversight to all field reimbursement managers and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though an MBA is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of 12 years of specialty, pharma, and/or medical device experience and seven to ten years of relevant market access, managed markets, and reimbursement experience. The person will have a strong understanding of the health insurance industry.
