Personal Care – CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

This position ensures that all residents are provided with a safe, clean environment that promotes resident rights and dignity as directed by the licensed nurse. He/she provides personal care for residents, including hygiene assistance and toileting. The person assists in serving meals and feeding residents while documenting meal consumption as needed. He/she observes and reports all unusual symptoms, changes, accidents, and injuries to the charge nurse.

The ideal candidate has a current Pennsylvania CNA certification and the ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Skilled Nursing – LPN Charge Nurse

This position provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. He/she ensures that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times by acting in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The person ensures that proper nursing procedures are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an approved nursing program and is currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania to practice nursing.

Home Health – CNA Home Aide

This position serves Liberty At Home clients by assuring they are provided with a safe, clean environment that promotes their rights and dignity. He/she provides hands-on care related to personal hygiene or functional activities of daily living. The person will work in a care facility or in clients’ homes.

The ideal candidate possesses a current Pennsylvania CNA Certification and one year of home care experience. He/she must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to and from work sites independently and in various weather conditions.
