Copy and Content Writer

This position will brainstorm with content team of designers and writers to come up with interesting topics for customers to share in print and online. He/she will work with designers to bring ideas to life by creating engaging headlines and copy for print layouts. The person will research and develop topics to write about, and will rewrite layout copy into expanded blog posts. The individual will also develop a marketing strategy to entice and engage customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least two years of content writing experience in digital marketing. (B2B and B2C copywriting experience is a plus.) He/she should have exceptional editorial, writing, and proofreading skills. The person must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and general computer knowledge.

Inside Sales, Account Executive

This position is responsible for all initial and follow-up calls made to generated leads with the goal of establishing new accounts or winning a direct opportunity. He/she will be required to conduct sales transactions/appointment setting via telephone with a minimum phone time of four hours per day or 150 dials. The person will deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner, utilizing the provided scripts and stories. The individual must be able to land new customers while providing reliable information and outstanding rapport.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have one year of telesales/outbound calling experience. He/she must demonstrate a strong understanding of leadership, professionalism, and closing ability. The person must have demonstrated strong communication skills, and will demonstrate a strong phone presence and the ability to make dozens of calls per day.

Junior Recruiter

This position researches and identifies sourcing opportunities for the department. He/she posts and maintains open position requisitions in Applicant Tracking System, on job boards, and on other social media sites as deemed appropriate. The person will process candidate applications and resumes, and review resumes for qualifications matching those needed to fill open positions.

The ideal candidate will possess a year of prior experience in recruiting, and must demonstrate a positive attitude and enjoy working with others. He/she should have strong attention to detail, and must demonstrate strong organization skills. The person must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), and have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
