Medical Information Analyst

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient workflow, clinical studies, and research to support various clinical projects. He/she assists in monitoring and auditing genetic results reports prior to communicating approval to Business Operations. The person communicates with IT to monitor and audit results report following IT changes, which may impact results reporting, and adjusts audit plan as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in a science-related discipline, and have one to two years of experience in related field, preferably in a clinical or research setting. He/she must possess exceptional organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. The person will also have demonstrated understanding of literature searches and data compilation.

Laboratory Technologist

This position is responsible for providing world-class customer service in all aspects of interaction with Genomind customers. While primarily responsible for performing technical laboratory duties, he/she is trained in cross-functional roles and empowered to provide customers with assistance, including clinician registration, order fulfillment, product/service support, data gathering, data entry, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology or a related science, and have two to five years of experience in a molecular diagnostics laboratory. Medical Technologist Certification is required. He/she should have understanding of general molecular techniques and technologies, including nucleic acid isolations, reagent management, quality assurance/quality control, real time PCR, and laboratory information systems.
