Toll Brothers City Living has broken ground on its 132-unit condominium development in King of Prussia, with the first completed units expected later this year, writes Sandy Smith for Philadelphia Magazine.

Named the Brownstones at The Village at Valley Forge, it will be the first new residential development for sale in King of Prussia for many years, and will be part of the town’s first truly walkable mixed-use community.

The units in each four-story building are three-bedroom and two-and-a-half bath. The lower units will have an optional basement, while the upper ones offer the option of a roof deck. All units will have rear balconies for outdoor living space.

The first six units, including two sale models, are expected to be finished by October. The next 18 units should have started by then and are expected to be finished early next year, with more units coming in line as the project moves forward.
