Valley Forge Race & Sportsbook is the third venue for sports betting by Greenwood Racing Inc., including Parx Casino's main facility in Bensalem, PA, and South Philadelphia Race & Sportsbook, on Packer Avenue.
Greenwood Racing, Inc. (GRI), parent company of Parx Casino®, Pennsylvania’s #1 casino, announces that sports betting will officially launch at the Valley Forge Race & Sportsbook (600 Cresson Avenue, Oaks Corporate Center) on Thursday, March 14, 2019 beginning at 11:00am.

The launch is subject to Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approval which is expected to follow testing dates set for Tuesday, March 12 and Wednesday, March 13, 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Both testing dates are open to the public. In preparation for the ultimate game day activities, the facility was renovated and over 100 new televisions were added.

Valley Forge Casino Resort is launching FanDuel Sportsbook today (March 14) as well, joining Parx Casino, which debuted its sportsbook in January, according

Valley Forge Race & Sportsbook, formerly known as Valley Forge Turf Club, opened in 1996 by GRI with simulcast racing wagering. The 26,000 square foot facility features a full dining room (with seating for 100+ people), a delicatessen and a full bar and lounge. Food service includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In preparation for the launch of sports betting, the facility underwent renovations this past fall – including the addition of 100+ televisions for even more up-close-and-personal game-day action.
Valley Forge Race & Sportsbook hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 11:00pm
Saturday, 10:00am to 12:00am
Sunday, 10:00am to 11:00pm
