Normandy Farm’s Executive Pastry Chef, Sam Nahhas, has infused his French influences into the traditional pastry this year, offering two versions of yule logs that you won’t be able to find at your local store.
Dark Chocolate Yule Log: This gorgeous red glaze surrounds rich chocolate cake soaked in maple with cranberry filing and whipped dark chocolate mousse. The extra shiny red glaze creates a visually festive dessert for $29.
White Chocolate Yule Log: If you’re dreaming of a white Christmas, let it snow with the white chocolate version of the French pastry. Airy layers of white chocolate mousse, moist vanilla cake, creamy pistachio and cherry filling, coated with a bright white glaze for $29.
A holiday bundle (1 dark chocolate yule log and 1 white chocolate yule log) is also available for just $55.
