Licensed Practical Nurse (Glen Mills)

This position institutes appropriate nursing intervention required to stabilize a resident’s condition; makes daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status; responds to resident and family concerns; and coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.

The ideal candidate will possess an LPN license and experience in long-term care of geriatric patients; two to four years of related experience; current CPR certification and other specialty certifications; and good problem-solving and math skills.

Resident Assistant (Glen Mills)

This position reports any changes to the nurse or designated charge person; observes residents while they take medication; assists residents with showers and baths; assures the cleanliness and dignity of each resident.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective time management skills, and possess a valid, unrestricted certification in the state (CNA desired).

Med Tech (Glen Mills)

This position administers oral and external medications to residents under the direction and supervision of a nurse; follows current standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control when handling, storing, and disposing of medications; takes and records vital signs upon administration of medications when required.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and have passed a state-approved competency examination; have the ability to perform medication administration in accordance with state regulations; and possess strong communication skills.

Business Office Manager (Cherry Hill, N.J.)

This position oversees the functions of the community business office and performs office support duties for the executive director; maximizes cash flow through efficient billing and collection processes; and oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, resident funds, and cash receipts.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of bookkeeping and administrative experience; working knowledge of financial statements and automated financial software; and knowledge of accounting procedures to maintain petty cash, resident fund, payroll, and receivables.
