The Semi-Circle, designed to help women entrepreneurs overcome growth challenges, includes a year-long mastermind and other resources.

At a time when women still make only 76 cents on the dollar compared to what men earn, The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners(NAWBO) and its charitable arm, NAWBO Philadelphia Center for Advancing Entrepreneurs (PCAE)  honored 12 graduates of programs designed to help women entrepreneurs grow their businesses and profitability.

The graduates are participants in the ATHENAPowerLink® NAWBO®Delaware Valley Program and The NAWBO Philadelphia Semi-Circle. The ATHENAPowerLink program offers women-owned businesses advice and support from a panel of skilled volunteer advisors, and teaches them how to develop networks, access capital and implement best practices.  The Semi-Circle, designed to help women entrepreneurs overcome growth challenges, includes a year-long mastermind and other resources.  Participants are individually matched with experienced mentors who counsel them on business growth strategies.
