MCCC offers continuing education credits for dental professionals

The course is approved for Pennsylvania dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants. To earn continuing education credits, attendees must attend five table clinic presentations and complete a brief evaluation form on each presentation.

Montgomery County Community College’s Dental Hygiene Department is offering a continuing education course for dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants on Tuesday, Oct. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m., in the Health Sciences Center Atrium, Central Campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell.

The course, an open presentation of student research posters, titled “Connecting the Dots: Topics for Dental Hygiene Practice,” was approved for two continuing education credits by the Pennsylvania Academy of Dental Hygiene Studies. Registration is not required. A suggested $10 donation may be made in support of the Student American Dental Hygienists Association (MCCC’s Dental Hygiene Club).
