Two other large properties in the area are also on the market. Four Falls Corporate Center, which stands next to the Schuylkill Expressway in West Conshohocken, is being put up for sale for a second time. The Arden Group, the building’s owner, initially put it up for sale in 2015 but eventually de-listed it.

In addition, The Millennium office complex, which totals 196,769 square feet, came up for sale in August.

The last large office property to trade in Conshohocken was in January 2016 when 300 Four Falls, a 297,320-square-foot building, sold for $98.4 million, or nearly $340 a square foot.
