Solid waste and recycling company J.P. Mascaro & Sons is currently expanding operations in Berks County and is  looking for top personnel to join its team. Mascaro’s state-of-the-art Materials Recovery Facility, TotalRecycle, premiere landfill, Pioneer Crossing, and two major hauling divisions in Mount Penn and Souderton will serve as feeders to the new center.  Scheduled to open Sept. 15, perspective employees without transportation will be able to utilize the recruitment center as a meeting place where transportation to work will be provided.

Potential employees will be both hired and trained at this location.  Employees will receive valuable insight from Mascaro Team Members, according to Director of Safety Ben Mascaro, “It’s vital for an employee to understand all situations they may face prior to getting out on the road.  Knowledge and proper technique training results in a safe environment.”
