UKRAINIAN FOLK FESTIVAL
August 26
Ukrainian American Sport Centerxciting, spectacular, dazzling, breathtaking, exhilarating, spirited, soulful, enchanting, captivating, and intriguing – modest words which describe but by no means capture the full essence of Ukrainian folk art, song, music, and dance. From the rich color and deep symbolism of the delicate “pysanka” (Ukrainian Easter Egg) to the thunderous rhythm and power of “HOPAK” – the world’s most exciting ethnic dance – and every brilliant “Kolomiyka” (polka) and soulful folk song in between, experience the 27th Annual Ukrainian Folk Festival.
LANSDALE FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS
August 25
Memorial Park, Lansdale
The annual Lansdale Festival of the Arts brings some of the area’s top artisans and crafters to the borough for a juried art show. The day also includes live jazz music, great food and door prizes for event-goers.
Each August, the department along with the Lansdale Festival of the Arts Committee present the annual Lansdale Festival of the Arts program in the beautiful setting of Memorial Park. As always, this event showcases fine artists and crafters, smooth jazz and chamber music, door prizes, and plenty of tasty treats to keep you going throughout the day.

Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center
The final event in this year’s Craft-N-Que Series, Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center hosts a Gatsby-Q on August 24. The event takes visitors back to the roaring 20s (Gatsby-themed attire is optional) with live jazz, distillery tastings, and more.

Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show
Greater Philadelphia’s largest country music concert event of the year is coming to Glenmoore, Chester County this August. Citadel Country Spirit USA is a three-day event that features the top artists of today and yesterday, including Alabama, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Jake Owen, and more.
