Tech Talk: Apple prepares to launch 3 new iPhones

Apple is planning up to unveil three new iPhones in September, according to a Bloomberg report that cites unnamed sources.

It appears likely that the California-based tech giant will offer a new phone designed to replace the iPhone 8, as well as updates to the iPhone X, one with  a 6.5-inch OLED screen, and one with with a 5.8-inch OLED screen, writes Like Stangel at bizjournals.com.

The iPhone 8 replacement will feature  a nearly 6.1-inch LED screen. It will also come in multiple colors and have aluminum edges.

Apple could also unveil a new, larger Apple Watch, updated AirPods, a wireless charging mat and new iPads with iPhone X-like features later in the year, Bloomberg reports.
