Maguire Hayden Real Estate Co., a real estate firm based in Conshohocken. has paid $9.25 million for Cassford Corporate Park, a five-building office complex located off Old Cassatt Road in Berwyn.

The property, which includes 1001, 1031, 1041, 1051 and 1061 Old Cassatt Road, has been vacant since 2016, when Vertex Inc. moved its headquarters to 2301 Renaissance Blvd. in King of Prussia, writes Natalie Kostelni at bizjournals.com.

Vertex had occupied the Cassatt Road campus since 1987 and sold the property in 2007 for $26 million in a sale-lease back transaction. Once the company vacated the property, the property sat empty.
