The Keystone Property Group has put up for sale nine of its suburban office buildings totaling nearly 700,000 square feet, including 1000 Madison Ave., a 101,650-square-foot office building in Trooper, and Valley Forge Park Place, a two-building office complex totaling 158,241 square feet at 1016 and 1018 W. 9th Ave. in King of Prussia.

The company sees more opportunity with its mixed-use projects and is set to embark on one of its biggest yet — Sora West on Fayette Street in Conshohocken, writes Natalie Kostelni at bizjournals.com.

That $100 million development involves a new 12-story, 427,333-square-foot headquarters for AmerisourceBergen along with a fire station converted into a restaurant and a new hotel and retail space.

“Sora is very exciting,”  said Keystone President Rich Gottlieb. “Hoteliers want to be involved, retailers want to be involved as well as tenants.”

The project has zoning and land development approvals for two office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet and Keystone is amending its development plan to develop a single building totaling more than 400,000 square feet along with other components of the project.
