June, July, and August are often considered the most beautiful weather months in Pennsylvania, when people spend quality time outdoors and allow themselves time to recharge and refresh.

At Normandy Farm, located in Blue Bell, Pa., the goal is to provide guests with local seasonal ingredients, a comfortable ambiance, and a motivating experience in the serenity of a farm-chic setting, according to a press release.

Corporate Happy Hours

Summertime is typically a laid back time of the year, perfect for meeting up with friends and colleagues after work for the “happiest hour” of the day. Plan a visit to the Farmer’s Daughter Terrace for special Happy Hour events that will give you the perfect backdrop to mull over a few more ideas to enhance your business success. If you are meeting up with a larger group, The Farmer’s Daughter will reserve a dedicated area of our breathtaking terrace specifically for your group. Pull up a rocking chair and sit by the waterfall … even an occasional splash is refreshing! Nosh on shareable snacks and sip signature cocktails while enjoying the majestic sunset.

Team Outings

Where can you go with your team and have the flexibility of playing either outside or indoors? Team outings in the summer can be quite tricky given extreme heat and afternoon thunderstorms, however the upside to a “refreshing” team outing is to plan for both. Normandy Farm offers 10 acres of green space for your team to meet, have fun, while getting some serious work done. This is also the perfect time to work on strategic plans for the upcoming year and what could get your creative juices flowing more that sharing ideas with your team under a lush shade tree. Picnics and lawn games fill our grand lawn as companies look for new ways to celebrate their team’s success. Teambuilding activities like outdoor scavenger hunts, golf at our sister property Blue Bell Country Club, and Barbeque Culinary Teambuilding can best be appreciated in the warmth of summer.

Outdoor BBQs

Normandy Farm’s Craft & ‘Que Summertime BBQ Series is in its thirteenth year of providing “refreshing” outdoor entertainment, food, beer and wine tastings, along with other themed activities. Saunter up to each of the food stations and take as much or as little as you want all night long. Sample a variety of locally brewed beer and local wines so you can catch up on what’s hot in the world of beverage. Don’t miss out on the next Craft & ‘Que, “Jazz on the Vine” on Thursday, July 19, followed by “Gatsby Q” on Friday, Aug. 24.

Tickets are sold in advance for each event and they usually sell out immediately.

Live Music Thursdays

Every Thursday on the Terrace we welcome popular local artists to entertain our guests from 6-9 pm. Sip & Share Happy Hour starts at 5… #PopInOnAWhim.
