The intersection of Ridge Pike, Fruitville Road and Airport Road in Limerick is going to get a bit of makeover – giving the area retail commercial properties and residential homes.

Representatives for Piazza Realty were before the supervisors seeking permission to raze that building and erect several new ones. Both the commercial buildings and the town homes would comply with the zoning ordinance’s architectural design standards, the developers testified, writes Evan Brandt, in The Pottstown Mercury.

A traffic study found that there would be no adverse impact on the traffic situation in the intersection or roads near the site.
