For those of you wandering around in the evenings looking for a place to get your grub on since Stella Blu closed its doors last month, you may not have to wait too long to find another hot spot popping up behind the doors to 101 Ford St. in West Conshohocken.

A 4,240-square-foot building at 101 Ford St. in West Conshohocken where Stella Blu operated has sold for $825,000 to Sean Weinberg, who owns Alba in Malvern and Biga in Bryn Mawr. He plans to open Imbibe Food & Drink by the end of March. A liquor license associated with the property was also part of the deal. Colin McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, writes Natalie Kostelni in her real estate round up for Philadelphia Business Journal.
