Illustrated Designs, Inc., a boutique marketing company based in Hatfield, is honored to announce national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise. This certification was presented by Geri Swift, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENEC).

“We are proud of Illustrated Designs’ ongoing success as a family business,” said Tracey Piechocki, president, and account manager. “My father, Ed Piechocki, founded the company in 1968. I joined in 1997 and became the owner in 2014 when my father retired, leading to Illustrated Designs becoming a 100% woman-owned business. I am proud to be leading the continuation of providing excellent work on behalf of our incredible clients,” according to a press release.

Illustrated Designs, Inc. specializes in 3-D displays, themed event décor, and catalog design. Their recent work includes 3-D displays for Avon Products Inc., PECO Energy Company, and the America on Wheels Museum,

catalog design for StylePlus Marching Band & Color Guard Apparel, and event décor for Bradley Caldwell, Inc.

WBENC’s national standard of certification is a meticulous process. Illustrated Designs, Inc. underwent an in-depth review of their business, including a site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
