When the Eagles square off with the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII, there are several options for accommodations in the Twin Cities. An estate on Lake Minnetonka is available for $250,000 for the week of the big game, and then there’s a private island available for $7,500 a night.

To give some perspective on the seemingly pricey accommodations, note tickets for the NFL Championship are going for several thousand dollars, writes Nick William in the St. Paul Business Journal.

That private island? For that $7,500 a night price tag the renter gets a three-bedroom, three bath home, with a theater area, fitness room and wet bar just 35 minutes away from U.S. Bank Stadium. But the real draw is the party barn that features five TVs, arcade games, slot machine and shuffleboard.

The Lake Minnetonka home, about 15 miles west of Minneapolis, features seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a fitness center, music room, and a helicopter landing pad. The home also has a guest house and a 10-person hot tub.
