Customer Service Representative (Glen Mills)
This position assists customers with selecting the appropriate products and services to suit their banking needs, as well as with opening and closing accounts and answering their inquiries. Duties include customer-service functions in addition to administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have one year of banking experience and/or three years customer-service experience. He/she will preferable have sales, account opening, and management experience, and should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. The person will have excellent data entry, communication, and personal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
