Workhorse Brewing Co. signed a lease on 62,000 square feet at 250 King Manor Drive in King of Prussia where it will make beer, have a tasting room and event space, said Paul French, a broker with Avison Young, who along with PRA Realty Advisors arranged the lease with Equivest. The facility should be open by next spring, writes Natalie Kostelni for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The brewer has “Coming Spring 2018, Clock out Craft in” across the home page of its website.

“Here’s something refreshing: we focus on making great beer and making it easy for people to enjoy it. Our mission, simply put, is to make sure your beer is made right. We take a no-nonsense approach to classic beer styles that are broadly appealing and consistently delicious,” according to the website.

“Our founding members came together over a shared respect for the craft beer industry and a goal to create a brewery built on those values,” the website continues. “As seasoned entrepreneurs and proud Philadelphians, we’ve crafted Workhorse to be a reflection of the community in which it resides: hard-working, approachable and earnest, all while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality in all facets of the operation. We invite you to join us this Spring, cheers to a new brewery experience!”
