‘Canvas’ painted with upscale amenities

Imagine you’re sitting at home thinking about going for a workout, but you really don’t want to go out into the cold winter afternoon to get to the gym.

Or, you’re sitting at home thinking about all of the guests you have coming over for Thanksgiving and the huge mess it’s going to be, not to mention that you’ll have to squeeze eight people into a table built for six, writes Stan Huskey for MONTCO.Today.

How nice would it be to cozy up next to a roaring fire to read that book you’ve been meaning to get to, but alas, you don’t have a fire place.

If you lived at Canvas, the new upscale 55-plus apartment living concept in the Village at Valley Forge, you wouldn’t have to imagine any of the above, it would all be at your doorstep.

“Canvas is a different venture for Bozzuto,” said Pete Sikora, development manager for Bozutto Development Company, the organization behind Canvas. “It’s our first foray into 55-plus rental apartments. It really focuses on allowing residents to free up their time to do what they want to do. We’re targeting folks who live in single family homes, that are over the age of 55 and tired of maintaining a home, people who are looking for free time to explore hobbies, passions, it’s really a blank canvas for them to go out and do the things they want, and we’ll take care of the details.”

Each residence at Canvas Valley Forge features ceilings as high as 10 feet, floor-to-ceiling windows, ample storage and spacious balconies. One and two bedroom apartments ranging from 743 to 1,831 square feet are available. The complex officially opens its doors in late November.
