Billing Specialist

This position prepares timesheets and bills, performs billing and payroll adjustment activities, processes and completes all phone requests and questions, and researches and resolves AR reconciliation requests.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience, knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

Human Resources Assistant

This position reviews collective bargaining agreements and configures the HR/Payroll system to ensure compliance, administers dues withholdings and remittances, and reviews, investigates, and ensures accuracy of payroll records.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a business field, one to two years of administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and basic knowledge of HR administration.

Senior Corporate EHS Specialist

This position designs, implements, maintains, and evaluates identified environmental, health, and safety programs including the complex analysis of the resulting data and recommends and designs new EHS risk management programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in safety engineering, occupational safety and health, or a similar discipline, a minimum of ten years of related industrial work experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
