Nashville, seen here along the Cumberland River at dusk, is Tennessee's state capital and its second to Memphis as its largest city. Stoltz Real Estate Partners, real estate investment firm from Bala Cynwd, is under agreement to acquire the ServiceSource Tower in downtown Nashville.

Stoltz Real Estate Partners from Bala Cynwd is under agreement to acquire an office tower in downtown Nashville, writes Adam Sichko for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Montgomery County real estate investment firm has agreed to buy the ServiceSource Tower, one of the largest buildings in downtown Nashville for an undisclosed amount.

The 20-story building is nearly 90 percent occupied, with its namesake ServiceSource renting nearly half of its 265,000-square-feet. According to Albany Road Real Estate Partners, the building’s current owner, the lease is set to run through 2022.

However, this is not the first investment by the sixty year old Stoltz firm in the Tennessee capital. It has now invested close to $50 million in the area since it started making investments there around 10 months ago. At that time, the real estate firm acquired Nashville’s historic Stahlman Building and a nearby apartment complex.

Stoltz also bought the Sheds on Charlotte development earlier this month.
