Accountant

This position prepares and coordinates quarter-close reporting, performs cost analysis and operations analysis, prepares and post journal entries, prepares annual and quarterly financial projections, and works with on- and off-site personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, one to three years of professional work experience, working knowledge of business, finance, and accounting fundamentals, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.

Web Developer

This position works closely with web designers to develop websites true to their high-fidelity designs, ensures the consistency and quality of projects, including website analytics and SEO best practices, and provides QA and troubleshooting for teammates.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of web development experience, expertise with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and PHP, and experience in web standards, device friendly design, and the latest web technologies.

Vendor Insurance Administrator

This position reviews all incoming certificates of insurance and endorsements, manages outgoing renewal and follow-up correspondence, reviews and inputs data, and liaises with vendors and insurance agents as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, insurance work experience, knowledge of casualty/liability insurance and GL policies, good computer and communication skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels.
