The ideal candidate will possess eight years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, five years of progressive experience managing recruiting and staffing functions, and experience leading recruiting projects.

Real Estate Project Manager

This position scouts, identifies, secures, and delivers approved sites for developing new IKEA stores, negotiates and secures all necessary planning permits for new stores, and secures internal and external design and financial approvals to modify existing bulidings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, seven to ten years of real estate management experience in site selection, entitlements, negotiations, and due diligence, and excellent project management and communication skills.

This position works with quality claims as they are received, oversees the building and maintenance routines for all furniture in the store, and oversees the process for all furniture and accessory removal from media.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, solid experience with IKEA business processes and working methods, leadership and personnel development experience, and quality management experience.
