Financial Reporting Accountant II

This position prepares quarterly earnings releases for review and approval, assists in the preparation of SEC filings and reports, and researches new accounting pronouncements to determine applicability and implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of three years of call report preparation and SEC reporting experience, and knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with SEC rules and regulations.

Senior Information Security Analyst

This position executes security controls, monitoring, and countermeasures to identify and prevent internal or external attacks, performs information security and cybersecurity risk assessments, and monitors critical processes and system security logs.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven years of experience in information security, information technology, or a related field, and experience in administering an information security program.
