Business Analysts

These positions become integral parts of project teams and are able to analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency. They use data to understand business patterns and trends, and analyze internal and external data through quantitative research. They are responsible for facilitating the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders and communicating findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or another related field. They will have knowledge of statistical tools, systems design, data migration/business rules, wireframes, and business reporting. They will also have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Quality Assurance Specialists

These positions support efforts and deliverables related to systems and processes to establish and ensure compliance. This involves all regulated systems through their life cycle, including planning, requirements, specification, design, test, install, and verification. Duties include preparing and reviewing SOPs and other documents for compliance, and providing guidance and counsel to staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a technical discipline, and have a minimum of three years of QA experience in an FDA-related regulatory environment. The person has strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Software Testers

These positions develop test plans and execute software test cases in order to identify software issues. They devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software aspects, and investigate and recreate reported defects. They work with other software staff to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues. They also track and document all testing defects and resolutions, and participate in the design and development for test automation and support.

The ideal candidates will possess previous experience in software development, quality assurance, or other related fields. They will have knowledge of Java, Python, or other programming languages, as well as a familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
